- CONVENE knowledgeable advisors to create conference content of the highest quality. Either a formal advisory board or an informal group of advisors. At an in-person gathering, or by telephone and email.
- DEVELOP the most effective conference agenda with the maximal combination of keynotes, solo speakers, panel discussions, interviews, roundtable discussions, etc.
- RECRUIT speakers. Identify the very best choices to deliver the very best information. Invite them, woo them/their PR reps, confirm them, and personally manage them through the final thank-you letter.
- NURTURE long-lasting professional relationships: with speakers, advisors, public relations firms, user groups, vendors, other key industry contacts.
- STRATEGIZE every aspect of conference details - pre-show, onsite, post-show.
- WRITE, EDIT, PROOFREAD -- promotional copy, press releases, speaker guidelines, proceedings manuals, more.
- ORGANIZE people, places, events. We're good at bringing disparate elements together, whether from around a company or from around the world.
- QUALITY-CONTROL every element of a conference, most especially ensuring that speakers deliver the content promised to the audience.
- COMMUNICATE. Our written and oral skills are excellent, and we're as comfortable establishing relationships on the phone or via e-mail as we are meeting face-to-face.
- FACILITATE. We're particularly skilled at streamlining and simplifying unnecessarily complicated documents, guidelines, etc., and reducing them to easy-to-follow steps - for staff or speakers or both.
- MULTI-TASK. We typically work on at least three conferences simultaneously.
- OUTREACH. Our enthusiasm tends to get people interested, involved, and activated.
- PROVIDE ULTIMATE FLEXIBILITY. We can do something as complex as creating, directing, and implementing an entire program from concept to completion - or jump in at a moment's notice to recruit high-quality speakers to replace last-minute cancellations.
